Step into a healing space where we will connect to the energy of our hearts by gazing into the eyes of one another. We’ll feel into that expansiveness with a shared, nurturing embrace, and weave it all into the body through soulful, freestyle movement.

• Be sure to wear comfortable clothing.

• Come with an open heart and mind.

• Be willing to get vulnerable.

• Be ready to move your body.

When you arrive, you will be entering a Ceremonial Healing Space. There will be an altar set up, so feel free to bring a small item to add to it. Your item may be something from nature like a Crystal, Flower or Pinecone, for example, or another item that is special to you. This alter item will carry the heart opening energy that we will create, and will be a great way to reconnect you to this energy later.
